• Monday-Friday 5/8 hrs. 11:30a-8p
• No weekends

• REQUIRED:
• 1 yr exp req
• First time traveler ok
• BLS, ARRT
• Exp with all age groups required
• Equipment:
  GE Required
  PACS Required
  Philips Required
  Siemens Required
  Toshiba Required
• ARRT (MRI)
• MD license
• 1st TIMERS OK
• Work Setting Experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER
• General Skills Experience: IV Starts, Contract

Travel Qualification

• Must submit a Completed Application & Skill checklist & Update Resume
• PALS, BLS, ACLS
• Request Time Off must be included at time of submission
• Valid State or Compact License required at the time of submission
• Two professional references completed within two years of the current date – must be completed by someone who worked with the candidate in a supervisory capacity, not a co-worker
• Locals Accepted at the same rate
• Return Staff Policy – must be gone 1yr and still in good standing
